Your child's journey begins with a simple conversation. Here's how to take the first step.
Our admissions process moves through three clear steps from first enquiry to the start of the school year:

Applicants submit a small set of documents at the time of application. Please prepare the following — all can be uploaded directly through the online application portal:
We also ask families to disclose any learning, medical, or dietary needs at the application stage so we can plan support together.
Annual tuition is published each spring for the following academic year. Registration, books, uniforms, and transport are billed separately. Families have three ways to make tuition manageable:
For the latest fee schedule, please contact our admissions office via the Contact page or download the brochure during your campus visit.

Dates to plan around. We keep places open after the deadline where a year group has room, so speak to us even if a date has passed.
Enquiries and applications open for the 2026 / 27 academic year, for every year group from Nursery to Primary 6.
Weekly tours run through the spring term. Book through the admissions office and bring your child — the readiness conversation happens on the same visit.
The date places are allocated from. Later applications are considered where a year group still has room.
Offer letters go out with placement, fees and start date. A non-refundable registration fee secures the seat.
Families meet the educators, walk the campus and learn the routines — the last week of August, before term begins.
The 2026 / 27 academic year begins.
If your question is not here, the admissions office would rather you asked than guessed.
As early as you can. Places are allocated from the June deadline and the younger year groups fill first, so an application in March sits in a much larger pool of available seats than one in July.
That said, applying late is worth doing. We keep places open after the deadline wherever a year group still has room.
No. There is an age-appropriate readiness conversation, which happens during your campus visit and is closer to a chat than a test — for the youngest children it is mostly play.
Its purpose is to place a child in the right year group and to tell us what support they will need, not to rank applicants.
Yes, where the year group has room. Mid-year transfers need the latest official report card and a Transfer Certificate from the previous school, alongside the usual documents.
Not in the early years — most children arrive with little or no English and pick it up through the day rather than in a language lesson.
From Primary 3 upward we look at it more carefully, because the Cambridge material assumes a reading level. We will tell you honestly at the readiness conversation whether a year of support is the better start.
It secures the seat and is not refundable. It is separate from tuition and is deducted from the first instalment.
Tuition itself, and what is billed separately — books, uniform, transport — are set out in the fee schedule. Ask the admissions office for the current one.
